Four Seasons Single Parent Program, Inc was founded in June “2021.” Dr. Holden was a Lifted Voices Fellow at the Black Child Development Institute and it was there that Four Seasons Single Parent Program, Inc was birthed. Dr. Holden has a strong passion for healthy black children and families. Homelessness is a subject she is familiar with after leading a family of seven out of homelessness and poverty.
Four Seasons will be a 90-day emergency shelter program. Four Seasons will serve as a bridge between homelessness and families entering transitional home programs. This program focuses on the client's emotional, mental, and physical well-being with a holistic approach.
The name Four Seasons was chosen because trauma and homelessness can happen in any season of a person's life, but to also encourage clients that seasons change, and things can get better. Dr.Holden believes that stabilizing the family is essential to their ultimate well-being. It is imperative that families who are experiencing homelessness find shelter expediently to reduce stress, physical health illnesses, and mental health issues such as chronic depression and post-traumatic syndrome.

"Dr.Holden gives a twist to the term
'Applied Learning'. As a motivational speaker invites the Spirit and touches the soul…all towards a journey of hope and achievement. Her life story and lessons learned over the years inspired the audience to believe in themselves and never give up. I recommend her as a speaker for those who are in a transitional period of life, and paralyzed by doubt and fear."
